Similade (Alicia) Aderogba is an accomplished Architectural Designer and Project Management Specialist with over six years of experience in managing architectural design and construction projects. She has worked extensively on both residential and commercial developments, ensuring that her designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally sustainable. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a high level of proficiency in leading project teams and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Her technical expertise is backed by her mastery of key design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Lumion, which she utilizes to create detailed architectural designs, 3D models, and construction documents. Similade’s role at Line & Style, where she has served as an Interior Architect and Project Manager for over four years, highlights her ability to execute a diverse range of projects, from retail stores and offices to residential homes. She is adept at overseeing every phase of the design process, from conceptual planning to on-site supervision, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards.
Before joining Line & Style, Similade held key positions, including as a Senior Architectural Technologist at Ridgewell Construction, where she developed comprehensive architectural designs, supervised teams, and ensured that construction progress aligned with design specifications. She also served as a Supervisor at Axial Nigeria Limited, overseeing skilled teams and ensuring that construction met the required standards of quality and safety.
Similade’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Architecture (MArch) and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BArch) from Bells University of Technology, where she honed her skills in architectural design and environmental sustainability. Her passion for innovative, sustainable design, combined with her strong leadership and communication abilities, positions her as a standout professional in the architecture and construction industry.
Chibuikem Nwani
Chibuikem Nwani is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with over a decade of experience in creating and managing scalable learning programs for global audiences. His expertise spans various facets of learning design, including curriculum development, eLearning design, digital learning solutions, and competence mapping. Through the application of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, Chibuikem transforms traditional learning into engaging, effective, and measurable learning experiences. He is particularly skilled in leveraging cutting-edge eLearning tools to develop impactful programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
Currently, Chibuikem serves as the Head of Learning at Alula Learning, where he leads teams in the creation and implementation of learning strategies that drive organizational success. His role involves overseeing the development of comprehensive training programs, fostering teamwork, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business goals. Prior to this, he worked as an Instructional Designer at HR.com and as an E-Learning Manager at LEAP Africa, where he gained significant experience in managing technical documentation, mLearning initiatives, and creating digital content that resonates with modern learners.
His educational background includes an Advanced Business Foundation certification from Nexford University, a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the Enterprise Development Centre at Pan-Atlantic University, and a Diploma in Multimedia from New Horizon Computer Learning Centre. Additionally, he holds a CompTIA A+ certification, reflecting his solid technical foundation.
